Once a new starter's profile has been created in Access Education People, they will also receive an email inviting them to join Access Evo. They will need to click the Join button in the email in order to log in.
If they have missed the email you can resend it from Access Evo:
Open Access Evo.
Click the Members menu.
To find a member, in the Search field, type the person's name.
Click the three dot menu at the top right of the member's name card.
Click Resend signup email.
📌 Note: If the option to resend the email isn't available, this means the user's profile is already active. At this point you can no longer send the email but they can already log by going to go.accessacloud.com.
