We advise all current employees to log in via Access Evo at the link go.accessacloud.com. Once they've logged in they can select People from the Products menu in order to access Education People.
However, terminated employees and users who are unable to access Evo can log in via the direct link which will have the format below:
Please make sure to replace "NameOfSchool" from the above link with the name of your school.
Log in details
Employees will log in to this direct link using their usernames and passwords. Please note that these log in details are different than their Acess Evo credentials.
Password
To reset a user's password:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person, then Profile.
Click Reset Password.
The employee will receive an email with a new temporary password, which they can change to a permanent one once they log in.
⚠️ Important: This password is different than their Access Evo password, which cannot be changed for them as they will have to reset it themselves.
Username
To reset a user's username:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person, then Profile.
Click Edit in the Profile area.
The username will have the format FirstName.LastName but this can be changed as needed in the Username field.
Click Save.
