By default, users should not enter an Organisation ID to log in. Employees will only need their correct work email address and the password.
If they are asked for an Organisation ID this means they have selected to log in with a username. They will instead need to log in with their email address.
Below are the steps the employee needs to take:
Go to the Access Evo log in page.
If you are asked for an Organisation ID, click Sign-in with an email address.
Enter your work email address and click Next.
Enter your password and log in.
