Check the work email
The affected user needs to have matching email addresses on their Access Evo and Education People accounts.
In Access Education People, search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click the Employment tab, then click Position.
Scroll down to Work Contact.
If the email address under Work/Workspace Email is incorrect, click Edit.
Change the email as needed, then click Save.
Check the roles in Access Evo
To have access to Education People, users need the Access People (SelimaHR) role added in Access Evo.
Log in to Workspace and click the Members icon.
Search for the user and click Actions.
Select Manage roles.
Check that the Access People (SelimaHR) field is set to User.
Check the Workspace ID
To check if the user has an ID:
In Education People, go to the user's profile and click the Person tab.
Click Person then check that there's an ID in the Workspace ID field.
If this says 'Employee is not in Workspace', click Employment.
Click Position and scroll down to Work Contact.
Click Edit and remove the email address.
Click Save.
Click Edit again, re-add the email address and click Save.
Run a batch update and check if the user now has a Workspace ID.
If the user has an ID but is still unable to see the People icon, this ID might not match the one on Access Evo. To make sure the IDs match:
Go to the employee's profile and click Person.
Click Profile.
Click Edit in the Profile section.
Click Remove Workspace ID in the Account section and Save.
Go to Employment and click Position.
Scroll down to Work Contact and click Edit.
Remove the work email address and click Save.
Click on Edit again and re-enter the email address, then Save.
