Employee not in Access Evo

Follow these steps if an employee has been added in Access Education People but is still missing from the Members page in Access Evo.

Check if the employee is linked to Evo

If the employee's People account is linked to their Evo, their Evo ID will be displayed on their profile. To check this:

  1. Search for the employee in Education People and go to their profile.

  2. Click the Person tab, then Person in the menu on the right.

    • If the Workspace Id field says 'Employee is not in Workspace', they are either missing from Evo or their accounts are not correctly linked.


Re-send the employee to Evo

If the employee has the message 'Employee is not in Workspace' on their profile:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Employment, then Position.

  3. If they have more than one employment, click Switch Employment at the top of the page and select the primary one.

  4. Click Edit in the Employment area and tick the Primary Employment box.

  5. Scroll down to Work Contact and make sure the Work/Workspace Email field has the correct email address added.

  6. Click Edit in the Work Contact area.

  7. Remove the email address and click Save.

  8. Click Edit in the Work Contact area again.

  9. Re-add the email address and click Save.

Once this is done, go back to the Person menu and take a look at the Workspace Id field again. This should now have an ID instead of the message 'Employee is not in Workspace'.
