Change an employee's username
Employees can use a username and password to log in to Access Education People directly. These credentials are different than their Access Evo credentials, which are generally their work email address and a separate password.

π Note: We advise all employees to log in to Education People via Workspace at go.accessacloud.com.
To change an employee's username:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person and then Profile.
Click Edit in the Profile section.
Enter the username in the Username field and click Save.
Change an employee's personal email address
The personal email address is used to send login details to leavers after their employment has been terminated.
To change it:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person and then Profile.
Click Edit in the Profile section.
Change the personal email address and click Save.
Change an employee's work email address
The work email address is used when logging in through Workspace and needs to match the one set on the employee's Workspace account.
To change it:
Go to their profile, in the Employment tab.
Click on Position in the menu on the right.
Scroll down to Work Contact and click on Edit.
Change the work email address as needed and save.
π Note: It is not currently possible to change work email addresses for all employees or several employees at once. This can only be done on each individual profile by following the steps above.
