Change a leaver's email address before resetting their password

Follow these steps to change a leaver's email address.

The password reset email will be sent to the leaver's personal email address. Once an employee is terminated and it is past their last day of employment, all emails sent from the system will be sent to the personal email address rather than the work one.

To reset a leaver's email address:

  1. Search for the leaver using the search icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on their name to access their profile.

  3. Click Person, then Profile.

  4. Click Edit in the Contact section.

  5. Enter the correct address in the Personal Email Address field.

  6. Click Save.
