Employee not showing in Access Evo

Follow the steps in this article if an employee is showing in Access Education People but not in the Members area in Access Evo.

When an employee has a profile created in Access Education People but is not showing in Access Evo in the Members page, this will be signalled in the Person tab:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click the Person tab, then Person in the menu on the right.

    • The Workspace Id field should normally display their ID, but if the employee is not on Access Evo this field will display the message 'Employee is not in Workspace'.

To resolve this you will need to re-send the employee to Acces Evo:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. If they have multiple employments, click Switch Employment and select their primary one.

  3. Click Employment, then Position.

  4. Click Edit in the Employment area.

  5. Tick the Primary Employment box and click Save.

  6. Scroll down on the same page and click Edit in the Work Contact area.

  7. Remove the work email address and click Save.

  8. Click Edit in the Work Contact area again.

  9. Re-enter their work email address and click Save.

  10. Go back to Person and click Person in the menu on the right.

    • The Workspace Id field should now display their ID instead of the message 'Employee is not in Workspace'.
