If employees report that they keep getting asked to change their password when they log in to Access Education People via Access Evo, please advise them that this is an option step that can be ignored.

When logging in to Access Evo, the user might be taken to the My Settings page, where they have the option to change their password. This is not mandatory and they do not need to input a new password.

Instead, they will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. If you see a My Settings page with the option to reset your password, ignore this and close the browser tab or window.

  3. Open the browser again and go to go.accessacloud.com.

  4. Enter you email address and password and log in.

  5. Click the Access Button in the top left corner and select the People icon. You will now be logged in to Education People.

If the user reports the issue again, advise them to clear the browser's cache and try again:

  1. Click the three dot menu in the top right corner of the browser.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Privacy and security on the left.

  4. Click Clear browsing data, select All time from the time range and select cached images and files, then click Clear data.

  5. Go to go.accessacloud.com (type in the link manually instead of using a link/bookmark).

  6. Enter the email address and click Next.

  7. Enter the password and log in.
