Members is a page on Access Evo (this not part of Access Education People).
To access the Members page:
Log in to Access Evo.
Click the in the top right corner of the screen.
By default, only Administrators can see the Members page.
If a member of staff cannot see the Members icon, this means they have not been set up as an Administrator on Access Evo.
To set a user as an organisation administrator, follow the steps below:
Log in to Access Evo.
Click the Members icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Search for the user.
Click the three-dot menu for the user, then click Manage Roles.
From the Organisation Role list, select Administrator then click Save.
