All employees that exist on Access Education People will also have an Access Evo account. Their account will only be active once they've logged in for the first time. If they're an active user, you can deactivate the account, and if they have never logged in you can delete the account.

Deactivate an active user

If the employee has already logged in to Access Evo, you can deactivate their account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. Click the Members icon.

  3. Search for the user and click the three dot menu icon.

  4. Click Deactivate.

πŸ“Œ Note: When you terminate an employee in Access Education People, their Access Evo account will also be deactivated automatically and you will not need to do this manually.

Delete added users in bulk

You can also remove in bulk added users who haven't logged in to Access Evo yet by following the steps below.

⚠️ Important: Deleted users will not be able to access any of their Access accounts. Please make sure to do this only for employees who do not need access to any products.

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. Click the Members icon.

  3. Click the Filter icon and tick the Include added box.

  4. Click the cog symbol top right and select Export Members.

  5. Open the file and find column C, which has the header Status.

  6. Change the Added status to Deleted for the users you need to delete.

  7. Save the file.

  8. Go back to Members, click the cog symbol and select Import Members.

  9. Drag and drop the file into the pop-up screen, then select Import.
