Adding Access Evo site to the trusted sites in Internet Options ensures that all functionality is available.
📌 Note: If you are unable to make changes to Internet Options you may need assistance from your IT team as they will have administrator access on your device.
Click the Windows icon on your taskbar or press the Win key on your keyboard.
Search for Internet Options and click it.
Click the Security tab and then Trusted Sites.
Click Sites.
Ensure that the URL visible is your Access Evo site URL go.accessacloud.com and click Add.
Click OK on both windows to return to your Access Evo site.
Finally press CTRL + F5 on your keyboard to refresh the site.
