Permission needed
If you cannot see the Careers submenu you will need the permission 'Careers Menu Option', which can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.
Error when clicking Careers
If you can see the Careers option but receive an error when clicking it you will need to add or amend your personal email address.
You can do this from Self Service:
Click Self Service, then My Profile.
Click Edit in the Profile area.
Click Edit Contact Details.
Enter the email address in the Personal Email field and click Save.
If the email address is already added, remove it and click Save.
Click Edit Contact Details again.
Re-enter the email address and click Save.
