By default, all negotiating bodies created in the system will need an FTE Hours value. If this value is missing, the weekly and hourly rates cannot be calculated.
To set this up:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Click Module Settings, then Payroll Settings.
Click Pay Grade and Payscale.
Click the title of the negotiating body.
Enter a value in the FTE Hours field and click Save.
Once this is done you may need to refresh the payscales so that the hourly rate is calculated:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Click Module Settings, then Payroll Settings.
Click Pay Grade and Payscale.
Click the arrow icon next to the negotiating body's title.
Scroll down and click Edit.
Click Save without making any changes.
Select Make Changes to Negotiating Body without pushing out any changes and click Save.
