Error 'Permission Denied' when trying to approve sickness

Follow these steps to resolve the 'Permission Denied' error encountered by approvers when attempting to approve sickness notifications.

Permission needed

Approvers will need the permission 'Sickness Admin' in order to see sickness notifications and approve or reject them as needed.

To add this permission to an approver please follow the steps in our article on adding permissions.


Manage access

If adding the above permission has not resolved the error, please ensure that the approver has access to the relevant sections and subsections.
