Change an employee's payslip delivery method

Follow these steps to determine how an employee receives their payslips.

In order for employees to have their payslips uploaded to Access Education People they will need their payslip delivery method to be set to 'Online'.

We recommend this setting for all employees, as this will enable them to view their payslips in the Self Service menu.

To set up an employee's payslip delivery method:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Payroll, then Pay.

  3. Click Edit in the Pay Details area.

  4. Select Online from the Payslip Delivery dropdown.

  5. Click Save.
