β οΈ Important: The below are the only OSP settings that can be configured within the Education People system.
Details on how this will be paid can only be set up within the Payroll system. If you have any further queries please reach out to your Payroll Agent who will be able to look into it and advise.
Create an OSP group
To set up the OSP group:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Select Module Settings and then Payroll Settings.
Click OSP Group and then select Add OSP Group.
Enter the name of the OSP group in the Description field and the payroll code in the Code field.
Make sure that the payroll code does not exceed 6 characters and that it is unique within the other OSP groups already created.
Assign the OSP group
Once the OSP group has been set up, you can assign it to employees by following the steps below:
Search for the employee and click on their profile.
Go to Payroll and select Pay.
Scroll down to Pay Details and click Edit.
Select the correct option from the OSP Group dropdown and click Save.
