There are two areas where the OSP group can be changed on Access Education People:

  • On an employee's profile, in the Payroll tab

  • On a post

Change the OSP group for an employee

If the issue affects one employee only, the OSP group can be changed just for them by following the steps below:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Payroll, then Pay.

  3. Click Edit in the Pay Details area.

  4. Change the option in the OSP Group dropdown and click Save.

Change the OSP group for a post

If the issue affects several employees that are all in the same post, you can change the OSP group on the post itself:

  1. Search for one of the affected employees and go to their profile.

  2. Click Employment, then Position.

  3. Click Post Details.

  4. Click Edit in the Pay Details area.

  5. Change the option in the OSP Group dropdown and click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: If this issue may be affecting more employees and you would like to produce an OSP report to identify them, such a report is not currently available in the Access Education People software.

You can run a Full Data Extract report which will show the OSP group assigned to each employee, but that is the extent of the OSP data that can be reported on in Access Education People.

Please reach out to your Payroll Agent as they will be able to run a report from the Payroll software.
