To make sure that an employee's payroll is correctly set up on the Access Education People side, follow the steps below.
Check the employee's Payroll
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Payroll, then Pay.
The name of the payroll selected for this employee will be displayed under Payroll in the Pay Details area.
Check the Payroll's settings
Once you know which Payroll the employee is on you can check the code:
Click Setup, then Settings.
Click Module Settings, then Payroll Settings.
Click Payroll.
Find the payroll the employee is on and click it.
Enter the correct code in the Code field and click Save.
