Terminated employee unable to see documents

This article explains how to add the Document Library to terminated employees.

By default, terminated users will only have access to the Payslips menu under Self Service after their end date.

⚠️ Important: This will enable the Document Library to all terminated users in the system, not just specific leavers.

To give them access to their documents as well, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup and click Roles & Permissions.

  2. Click the Terminated Employment role.

  3. Click Role Permissions, then Edit Permissions.

  4. Search for SelfService Document and enable it by clicking the eye icon.

    • This is enabled when the eye icon is not crossed out.

  5. Click Save.
