When an employee is terminated on Access Education People, they will have by default a period of 3 months during which they can still log in, in order to view documents or pay slips. Once this period has elapsed they will no longer have access to the system.
Access the leaver's payslips
Users who have the System Owner role are able to view payslips for other employees, including terminated accounts, and can save and send them to the leavers.

However, no users have access to P60 files for terminated accounts, not even users with System Owner rights.
To access and download another employee's payslips:
Search for the leaver using the search icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Click their name to go to their profile.
Click Payroll, then Payslips.
Click a payslip, then click PDF (Printable).
Download the PDF file once it's opened in another window.
π Note: It is recommended to search for leavers using the search icon rather than by going to the All Employees menu. This is because the All Employees menu is filtered to show only current employees. The filters can be reset to show leavers as well, but it is much easier to search using the search icon.
Access the leaver's P60
However, no users have access to P60 files for terminated accounts, not even users with System Owner rights.

A formal request will need to be made to the Payroll Team, and there may be a charge for the retrieval of the P60. Please reach out to your Payroll Agent as they will be able to look into it.
