By default, leavers can log in 3 months after their end date in order to view payslips. They will no longer have any of the permissions they used to have as a current employee, but they will still be able to see their documents, payslips, P45 and P60 files.

If a leaver cannot log in, please refer to our article on access to Self Service for terminated users.

If the leaver is able to log in but has no payslips available, please make sure they are correctly following the steps below:

  1. Log in to Access Education People via the direct link provided in the termination email.

  2. If you have several employments, click your name in the top right corner and select the terminated employment.

  3. Click Self Service, then Payslips.

  4. Select the correct year by clicking the arrow icons on the left.

  5. Make sure you have selected the Details tab on the right.

  6. Click each payslip to view its details or to download it.

If the leaver has the Payslips menu available but no files, please reach out to your Payroll Agent as they will need to upload the payslips for the leaver via the Payroll software.
