Unlike payslips, which can be viewed by users with the System Owner role on any employee's profile, P60 files can only be viewed by the employee themselves by accessing Self Service.
Due to privacy reasons, P60 files cannot be accessed anywhere else in the system, not even by our Support team or any other admin user.
If you need access to an employee's P60 or have any other queries related to P60 files please contact your Payroll Agent as they will have access to these files.
