You will receive the 'At least one staff record in this school's return should show a role Head Teacher or Executive Head Teacher' error if none of the employees in your school have the Head Teacher or Executive Head role identifiers.
To address the error:
Go to the employee's profile then click Employment.
Click Position then click Post Details.
Click Surveys then next to SWC - Schools Workforce Census, click Edit.
Both the Post and Role Identifier need to match the post type/title.
Click Save.
If the executive head is also the head teacher, follow the steps below
Go to Employment then click Teachers.
Click Role Identifiers then add the Head Teacher and Executive Head identifiers.
