No staff showing as 'Classroom Teacher' on the SWC Summary

Follow these steps if there are zero staff members showing as 'Classroom Teacher, upper pay range' or 'Classroom Teacher, main pay range'.

The data in the 'H. All current contracted staff in regular service as at census reference date' section of the Summary Presentation is pulled through based on the post identifiers set up on your system.

Create the post identifiers

If there are no members of staff showing in the 'Classroom Teacher, upper pay range' or 'Classroom Teacher, main pay range' posts please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Select Module Settings and then SWC Settings.

  3. Click SWC Post Identifier and then Add SWC Post Identifier.

  4. Add the below:

    • Post Type: TCM; Description: Classroom Teacher, main pay range

    • Post Type: TCU; Description: Classroom Teacher, upper pay range


Assign the post identifiers to posts

The above post identifiers will then need to be assigned to the correct posts:

  1. Go to Admin Menu and click Post Setup.

  2. Search for the post and click on it.

  3. Select Surveys and then click Edit in the 'SWC - Schools Workforce Census' section.

  4. Select the Post Identifier and click Save.
