Error: 'Could not find file' when accessing a payslip in Self Service

Follow the guidance in this article if you are unable to see your payslip due to the error 'Could not find file'.

If you see an error message which says 'Could not find file' followed by a file path when viewing a payslip document in the PDF viewer of the Access Education People software, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.

Once you are connected to an agent, please provide us with the details of the payslip in question and a screenshot of the error if possible.

It may be that there is an issue with the payslip data file and our 2nd line engineers will need to resolve this from their end.
