If you are trying to log in to Access Education People and receive the error HTTP Error 503. The Service is Unavailable, please clear your browser's cache first by following the steps below.
Using Google Chrome
Click the three dot menu in the top right corner of the browser.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy and security on the left.
Click Clear browsing data and select All time from the time range dropdown.
Tick the Cached images and files box, then click Clear data.
Close all Google Chrome windows.
Open Google Chrome again and log back in.
Using Microsoft Edge
Click the three dot menu in the top right corner of the browser.
Click Delete Browser Data.
Select All time from the Time range dropdown.
Tick the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files boxes. You can leave the other boxes unticked.
Click Clear now.
Close all Microsoft Edge windows.
Open Microsoft Edge again and log back in.
If the above does not resolve the issue and there are several other users who get the same error, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.
