If you or another employee are trying to access the My Profile page under Self Service but receive the error message 'Failed to load', this may be due to incorrect or missing data on your profile.

In this case, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent as this will require changes made by our 2nd line team in the database.
