If you are navigating to the Payroll tab on an employee's profile and receive a blank page displaying the 'Failed to load' message, this could be due to incorrect pay data when the employment was set up.
For example, the FTE Hours being entered as 0 or missing data from the employee's most recent salary.
In this case, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent as this will require changes made by our 2nd line team in the database.
