If an employee has an incorrect number of leave days to take please check the below.
Check the entitlement template
Go to the employee's profile and click Absence.
Click Leave and then Edit Current Holiday Entitlement.
Select Template and then the correct template from the dropdown list.
Check the employment or contract end date
The number of leave days available for the employee to take will also be affected if they have an end date added. If the end date is before the end of the absence period this will cause the employee to have fewer days available.
Go to the employee's profile and click Employment.
Click Position and then Position History.
Check if an End Date has been added and that it is correct.
Click Edit next to Employment on this same page.
Check the Contract End Date field and ensure that the date added here is correct.
If the employee is not a leaver, remove the contract end date and click Save.
