When an employee is transferred into a new post at a different school in the Access Education People software, this change will get exported to Payroll once the next HR Export is run by the Payroll Agent.
Even if the transfer date is in the future, the change will still be exported. This does not mean that they are already moved to the new school, the change will be dated in the Payroll software so the Payroll Agent should know when to action the change.
As long as the transfer has been completed with the correct information, such as the start date of the employment, there will be no issues with Payroll.
