Add or change an employee's eligibility to work details

Follow these steps to enter an employee's eligibility to work information and identification documents.

Employee eligibility to work information can be added on their profile, in the Person tab. This includes identification details such as Visa, birth certificate and passport documents.

To add or change eligibility to work:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Person, then Profile.

  3. Scroll down to Eligibility To Work and click Edit.

  4. Select the relevant option from the Nationality dropdown.

  5. Select the identification type from the list.

  6. Depending on the type of identification you've selected, enter the data as prompted and upload any documents if needed.

  7. Click Save.
