Add or amend work eligibility and identification options

Follow these steps to add more options when selecting work eligibility for an employee.

Add work eligibility

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings, then HR.

  3. Scroll down and click Work Eligibility / Identification.

  4. Click Add Work Eligibility / Identification.

  5. Add a description and select an option from the Check Type and Document Entry dropdowns.

  6. Tick the List N Check box if required.

  7. Tick Disabled if you do not want this identification type to show when updating or adding new employees.

  8. Select one of the radio buttons to decide which region the identification is valid for:

    • United Kingdom

    • EEA and Switzerland

    • Outside EEA and Switzerland

  9. Click Save.


Amend work eligibility

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings, then HR.

  3. Scroll down and click Work Eligibility / Identification.

  4. Select one of the options in the list.

  5. Amend the options as needed and click Save.
