Add eligibility to work

Follow these steps to set up eligibility to work for employees.

Permission to view or edit Eligibility to Work

Follow the steps below to give an employee permission to view and edit Eligibility to Work for other employees:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Security and then Permissions.

  3. Click Edit Employee Permissions.

  4. Search for 'Right To Work / Eligibility To Work' and click the eye icon to enable the view permission.

  5. Click the pencil icon to enable the edit permission.

  6. Click Save.


Make Eligibility to Work mandatory when adding new starters

If you need the eligibility to work details to be mandatory when creating new starters, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Setup and then Settings.

  2. Click System Settings and then Person Activation.

  3. Scroll down to Eligibility to Work and click the toggle to enable or disable it as needed.

⚠️ Important: When you enable this setting, adding eligibility to work details will be mandatory. Employees who do not have this added will have their payments suspended.


Add or change Eligibility to Work

Follow these steps to add an employee's nationality and identification (such as passport, birth certificate or Visa details):

  1. Search for an employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Person and then Profile.

  3. Scroll down to Eligibility to Work and click Edit.

  4. Select the employee's nationality from the Nationality dropdown.

  5. Select the type of identification and add the details as needed.

  6. Click Save.
