Add new termination reasons

Follow these steps to setup more termination reason options.

Create a termination reason

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings, then HR.

  3. Click Termination Reason, then Add Termination Reason.

  4. Enter the name in the Description field.

  5. Select the relevant option from the SWC Termination Reason dropdown.

  6. Click Save.


Assign a termination reason

When terminating an employee, you will be able to select a termination reason from the Reason for Termination dropdown on the Leaving Details page.
