To add or remove the Identification screen when adding new starters:
Click Setup, then Settings.
Click System Settings, then Person Activation.
Scroll down to Eligibility to Work and click the toggle to enable or disable it.
If set to On: The new starter wizard will include the Identification screen and the relevant documents must be completed and in date for the employee to be paid. Without these documents the employee's payments will be suspended until they are added.
If set to Off: The new starter will not include the Identification screen and employees will be active without the need to add a passport or birth certificate for them.
