Add ethnicity, nationality and religion

Follow these steps to add new options for ethnicity, nationality and religion to be selected when creating employees.

Add ethnicity

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings and then General.

  3. Click Ethnicity, then Add Ethnicity.

  4. Enter the name of the ethnicity in the Description field.

  5. Enter a code in the Code field that is no longer than 6 characters and not a duplicate of an existing ethnicity code.

  6. Select an option from the SWC Ethnicity dropdown.

  7. Click Save.


Add nationality

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings and then General.

  3. Click Nationality, then Add Nationality.

  4. Enter the name of the nationality in the Description field.

  5. Tick the European Economic Area or Home Nation boxes if relevant.

  6. Click Save.


Add religion

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings and then General.

  3. Click Religion, then Add Religion.

  4. Enter the name of the religion in the Description field.

  5. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: These options cannot be deleted once they've been set up but you can tick the Obsolete box on any of them and they will no longer be available to be selected on employee profiles.
