To determine if an employee is paid based on their contracted hours or based on the pay claims or timesheets they submit:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Payroll, then Pay.
Click Pay History.
Select the relevant line with the effective date of the change.
Click Edit in the Paid area.
Select one of the below:
For Contracted Hours or Shifts
For Hours or Shifts Worked
If you've selected For Hours or Shifts Worked, select one of the below:
Hours from Rota
Hours from Timesheet
Payroll Claims
Click Done, then click Save.
