If you've uploaded a P45 into the system but get the error message 'has not left all their employments' for a specific Person ID, this is likely due to the employee having more than 1 employment and at least 1 employment being active.
The system will prevent the P45 file from being successfully uploaded if this is the case as the employee is still employed with the company and does not require a P45 to be provided.

This can also happen if the employee in question has been terminated, exported as a leaver and then un-terminated in the system.
Once employee's are terminated and have exported to payroll as a leaver, we don't recommend that you make any changes to re-instate their employment until first speaking with your payroll executive.
You may need to re-employ the terminated employee on a new employment rather than un-terminating if the employee has already been processed as a leaver through the HR Export.
