There are two ways in which you can add pronouns to a user's profile; via their profile, or in the onboarding wizard.
Person profile
You can add or edit pronouns directly on an employee profile by following the steps below:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person, then click Profile.
Click Edit.
In the Pronoun field, enter the relevant details.
To separate pronouns, use a dash /.
Click Save.

You can also add pronouns as you're creating new employees. Simply add the pronouns as you're creating the new user.
