Driving license details can be added in the Person tab on an employee's profile, but this feature does not have the option to add a document or photo of the license.
Any documents will need to be added separately as a general document in the Documents tab on the employee's profile.
Add driving license details
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person, then Driving License.
Click Edit.
Fill in the details as needed by completing the Driver Number, Photocard Issue Date and Photocard Expiry Date fields.
Enter the Entitlement Category and the start and end dates in the Valid From and Valid To fields.
Click Save.
Add driving license photo or document
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Documents, then Docs.
Click Document Upload.
Enter a Description, then select Person from the Upload To dropdown.
Select General from the Type dropdown.
Click Upload Document and select your file.
Click Save.
