Permission needed
In order to add education and qualifications you will need the permission 'Education' which can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.
Add and edit education
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person, then Education & Qualifications.
Click Add Education.
Enter the details as needed in the Educational Establishment and Description fields.
Select an option from the Full/Part Time dropdown.
Enter the start and end dates.
Click Save.

Add and edit qualifications
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Person, then Education & Qualifications.
Click Add Qualification.
Select an option from the Qualification Type dropdown.
Enter the title in the Qualification Title field.
Enter the date in the Date field.
Complete the other fields if needed, although they are optional.
Click Save.
Click the qualification again.
Click the Documents tab and you will now be able to upload documents as well.
Click Save.
