The negotiating body on an employee's profile may display incorrectly if the post's settings have been changed after their current pay was entered.
To resolve this:
Make sure the negotiating body on the employee's post is set up correctly by following the steps in our article on amending the negotiating body on a post.
Once this is done, search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Payroll, then Pay.
Click Pay History.
Select the current pay line.
Make sure the negotiating body, grade and payscale are selected correctly.
Click Save.
Once these steps are completed, the negotiating body will update on the employee's record.
