If you're looking for a validation report for your submissions, you can check out our Schools Workforce Census list.
You can find this by:
Clicking Import / Export then click Schools Workforce Census.
Click Make Schools Workforce Census.
You can see a Download button like you did before, but you also now see View Summaries. Once you click this you then get a pop-up that allows you to download the following:
Error List
School Summary Presentation
Once you've downloaded the Error list, we recommend you open this in Excel so that it's a more readable format, this then allows you to see errors and queries.
Any errors must be corrected in the HR system, and a new School workforce census must be generated.
With regards to the Schools Summary Presentation, we recommend this be opened in your browser.
