his error occurs because the post the employee is in does not have a post title. Please follow the steps below to check if the post has a post title selected.
Go to the employee's profile and click the Employment tab.
Click Position from the menu on the right.
Click the Post Details button.
Click Edit in the Basic Details section.
Select a job title from the Job Description dropdown list.
If the job title is not available in this list, click on Add New and you will be asked to enter a description and a code for the new job title.
Save these changes and then run the HR Export again.
