Set up a meeting objective template
To create a new template:
Click Setup, then Settings.
Click Module Settings, then HR.
Click Objective, then Add Objective.
Add in the details as needed and tick the Template box.
Click Save.
Use the template for a meeting
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Employment, then Meetings.
Click Add Meeting.
Fill in the fields in the Details tab and click Save.
Click the meeting.
Select the Objectives tab and click Add Objective.
Tick the Use Template box.
Select the relevant option from the Template dropdown.
Click Save.
π Note: The Comments field can only be added in on each individual meeting as comments are specific to each meeting and will differ from one employee to another. Because of this, the Comments field is not part of templates.
