There are two ways to check why an employee's payment has been suspended.

Traffic lights

If an icon is red, this flags up an issue with the employment that may suspend payroll.

  1. Go to the employee's profile and click the traffic light icons at the top of the page.

  2. This will bring up a window with further information on the requirements that are not being met. For example, the employment may not have been approved yet or the employee's birth certificate has not been uploaded yet.

Diagnostics page

  1. Go to the employee's profile and click the Admin tab.

  2. Select Diagnostic.

  3. Scroll through and check the red icons for the requirements that are not met and that may suspend payroll.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you are unable to access the Diagnostic page you will need the permission called 'Person Employment Diagnostic' which can be added to you by your manager by following our article on adding permissions.
