Change the dates on an addition to basic pay

If an addition to basic pay has not yet been exported to Payroll you will be able to change its start and end dates.

Once an addition to basic pay has been added for an employee, it will have the status 'Not Sent to Payroll' until it is exported to Payroll.

During this time you will be able to edit its start and end dates by following the steps below:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Payroll and select Pay.

  3. Scroll down to Additions to Basic Pay and click Edit on the addition you need to amend.

  4. Edit the dates in the Start Date and End Date fields as needed.

  5. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: Once the payment has been exported to Payroll you will no longer be able to edit the dates. Please reach out to your Payroll Agent so they can amend this in the Payroll system and let us know via the Digital Assistant so we can also amend this on our end.
