The Document Acknowledgement Report provides a list of all documents for the selected employees that have been set to 'Requires Acknowledgement' and identifies the current acknowledgement status and date of acknowledgement.
Permission needed
To run this report you will need the permission 'Document Acknowledgement Standard Report' which can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps below:
Go to the profile of the employee who needs to run this report.
Click Security, then Permissions.
Click Edit Employee Permissions.
Click Filters, then Options.
Click Reports, then Filter.
Search for Document Acknowledgement Standard Report and click the eye icon so that it's set to green.
Click Save.
Run the Document Acknowledgement Report
Once you have the permission above, run the report:
Click Reports, then Standard Reports.
Click Compliance, then Document Acknowledgement Report.
Expand the organisation structure and select the section or subsection you want to run the report for.
Click Run Report.
π Note: This report will only show employees that you have access to. You will not have access to data from other schools.
