Standard Sickness Report

Follow these steps to give access to and run the standard sickness report.

Running the Employee Sickness Report

  1. Go to Reports and click Standard Reports.

  2. Select the Sickness option and click Employee Sickness Report.

  3. Select the section you need to run the report for and the date range.

  4. Click Run Report.

You will only see employees from the sections you have access to.

πŸ“Œ Note: The report includes a column 'Returned' which displays the date on which each employee returned to work. At the moment there is no separate report that shows how many return to works have been completed.


Permission to see the Employee Sickness Report

To give an employee access to the Employee Sickness Report:

  1. Go to their profile and click Security.

  2. Click Permissions.

  3. Click Edit Employee Permissions.

  4. Click Filters and select Options.

  5. Select Reports and click Filter.

  6. Search for Report Employee Sickness Standard Report and enable the view permission by clicking on the eye icon so that it's set to green.

  7. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: If the employee does not have access to the Reports menu at all, you will also need to give them the permission called Menu Reports.
